CONTENT PREP

After you sign your contract and pay your deposit, you’ll receive a guided to-do list due before project starts. I’ll be available via email if you need help.

PROJECT RUN

Attend the kick-off meeting on the starting day of the project to make sure we’re aligned and be ready to give feedbacks in timely manner.

  • I work with service-/digital-based businesses as well as public personalities; these include coaches, consultants, photographers, copywriters, content creators, real-estate agents, therapists, speakers, authors, and many more!

  • A 6-8-page full website build typically requires ~3 weeks of development time. More complex websites can take longer.

    For website tweaks it depends on the project scope — we can discuss what you need and I’ll give you an estimation.

  • At a minimum you’ll need to pay for:

    1. Yearly domain cost. You can purchase it through Squarespace if you’d like, but other providers (such as NameCheap) are fine too. It costs about $15 - $20 USD per year.

    2. Squarespace hosting subscription. I recommend the ‘Business Plan’, which allows for more customization via coding. You can check here to see how much it costs in your region.

  • For full build websites the initial deposit is 30% to book your slot. Then 40% is required on the first day of website build-out. The remaining 30% is due on the day of handover.

    For website tweaks, full amount is due latest 3 calendar days before the start of the project.

    1. Branding guidelines and asset files.

      I’d highly suggest for you to work with a professional brand designer to refine your brand's messaging and visuals, but, if it's currently not in your budget and you need help with this, I provide Mini Branding package as an add-on so you can keep things cohesive.

    2. Images or Videos

      I’d recommend for you to work with a professional brand photographer for this, but if it’s not currently in your plan, the Content Planning Guide have resources to help you curate your own images.

      However, I do still strongly recommend a few good quality professional pictures of yourself or your team to personalize your website.

      Short videos are optional, but can make your website more alive 😊.

    3. Copy (Text)

      If you haven’t worked or don’t plan to work with a professional copywriter, the Content Planning Guide has standard copywriting prompts to help you write your copy yourself.
